Survive the Night-FAQ

Is it Safe?

Absolutely. Your safety is our top priority — even if we love scaring you half to death.

  • Our actors are trained to never touch you, no matter how close the scares get.

  • Emergency exits are located throughout the attraction and clearly marked.

  • Security staff are on-site at all times, and every area is monitored by camera or radio communication.

  • If you ever feel too frightened or need to leave, signal a nearby staff member — we’ll guide you safely out.

We’re here to terrify you, not traumatize you. 💀

What age is recommended?

We recommend this attraction for ages 12 and up.

  • Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).

  • Our haunted house includes strobe lights, fog, loud noises, and intense visual scenes that may not be suitable for young children or sensitive guests.

  • Parents — you know your kids best! If they can handle a good scare, they’ll love it.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes! Walk-ins are welcome while tickets last, but we highly recommend buying tickets online ahead of time.

  • Pre-purchased tickets guarantee entry and help you skip long wait times.

  • Walk-in guests will be admitted on a space-available basis.

Pro tip: Online tickets sell out fast on weekends and closer to Halloween — grab yours early!

Do you offer group or discount rates?

We do! Groups of 10 or more can contact us directly for special pricing.
Perfect for:

  • Corporate events

  • Birthday scares

  • Halloween parties
Email [your email address] or call [your phone number] to book your group rate.

Can I re-enter after leaving?

For safety reasons, re-entry is not allowed once you’ve completed or exited the attraction.
If you need to leave early, our staff will assist you through a marked exit — but the haunt is a one-way journey through darkness.
